Solid airframe, suspension, controls and handling if you can look past the paint.
Ground loop in 2019, scuffed the left wing tip and the right elevator. The right elevator was replaced and the left wing tip was repaired.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Engine:
Lycoming O-320 A1A 150HP serieal #L-7689-27
SMOH- 324.1 3/1983 by Rite Way Airmotive Inc. Addison, Tx
compressions 4/1/24 #1 77/80, #2 76/80, #3 78/80, #4 77/80

Propeller:
Sensenich M74DM-0-58
SMOH- 324.1

Interior / Exterior

Exterior: -1/10
Interior: 4/10
The exterior paint of the Pacer isn't in great shape. Some areas are much better than others. Although the paint needs some help, the fabric tests 60#'s plus in 50 areas tested. The interior is complete and the seats are in good shape, some of the fabric on the panels are peeling.

Remarks

My opinion, this is a solid performing tailwheel airplane that can offer someone a lot of fun inexpensively. Get in and out of small of field strips with big tires, flaps, and 150HP. As much as STOL planes have increased in price the past few years, this Pacer can hang with the best of them for the fraction of the cost.
