Aircraft rental requires a Driver’s License or valid Photo ID/Military ID, Pilot’s License, Birth Certificate or Passport, Medical Certificate, Renter’s Insurance, and a checkout with a Company Pilot. This process generally takes about an hour on the ground and an hour of flight.

Rental Rules

A minimum of 50% reservation charge, up to 6 hours, i.e. if you reserve for 5 hours and end up flying only 1 hour, you will be charged for 2.5hrs.

  • 1-hour reservation — 0.5-hour minimum

  • 2-hour reservation — 1-hour minimum

  • 3-hour reservation — 1.5-hour minimum

  • 4-hour reservation — 2-hour minimum

  • 5-hour reservation — 2.5-hour minimum

  • 6-hour reservation — 3-hour minimum

Example: a 3-day reservation is a 3-hour daily min x 3 days = 9-hour minimum.
